2007 – Graduated from the «Mesrop Mashtots» University on the specialty of «Jurisprudence»

1999 - Senior Tax Inspector on non-tax revenues of the NKR State Tax Department Organizational-control accounting department

Since January 5, 2004 - Head of Taxpayers Service Department of the NKR State Tax Inspectorate

Since August 5, 2004 - Head of Large Taxpayers Service Department

Since January 11, 2006 – Head of the Revenue Accounting, Planning, Insurers Service Department

Since January 5, 2007 - Head of Accounting, Planning, Collection Control and Analysis Department

Since October 15, 2007 – Head of the Operational Intelligence Department

2008 - Head of Large Taxpayers Department

2009 - Deputy Head of the State Tax Service under the NKR Government

2015 – NKR Deputy Finance Minister

2017 – First Deputy to the Republic of Artsakh Finance Minister

In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected a deputy of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly of the 7th convocation by the proportional list of the "Free Motherland - UCA" party bloc

Married, has three children
