Born on November 20, 1976 in the village of NNgi, Martouni district

1993 – Finished secondary school in NNgi

1998 – Graduated from the ASU Philological faculty with the qualification of a teacher of Armenian language and literature  

1993 – Started service in the NKR Defense Army on September 21

Participated in the military operations for the independence of Artsakh, Served in the Defense Army, holding various positions

1996 - Held the position of the Head of the secret department of a military unit

2000 – Military unit staff officer

2007 – Army headquarters moved to the personnel department and served as officer………..

2010 – Head of the division of registration, predetermination and fixing of the reserved officers division of the Republic of Artsakh Military commissariat mobilization department

2018, November – Due to the retirement was released from the Armed Forces with the military rank of major in reserve

In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected a deputy of the 7th convocation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh by the proportional list of the "United Motherland" party

Married, has three children․
