I cordially congratulate you all on the coming New Year and Christmas holidays in Artsakh, Armenia and the Diaspora.
2019 has been a year of difficult decisions, challenges, but also successes and achievements. And although the challenges that lie ahead in 2020 are no less serious and responsible, I am convinced that we have the will and determination to face them and to go through this crucial period of honor.
I would like to thank and congratulate the teacher, the military, the physician, the land cultivator, the scientist and all those who carry out their patriotic work, which enable the sustainable development and security of Artsakh and Armenia.
Our people have always been distinguished by their unity and preservation of good traditions, so I am confident that in the coming 2020 and in all future years we will continue to work with greater enthusiasm and dedication for the sake of a free, prosperous and developed motherland.
From here, from Artsakh, my family and I join in the wishes and best regards of millions of our compatriots and our friendly nations, celebrating the New Year, that the coming 2020 will be a year of fresh ideas, health and happiness for each of us, and a year of peace, economic progress and implementation of national projects for our beloved motherland.
Happy New Year and Merry Christmas!
