On May 2, according to the Article 114 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh and Article 37 (3) of the RA Law on “NA Rules of Procedure”, the President of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan signed a decision on convening an extraordinary sitting on May 3, at 11:00 AM.

The initiative to convene an extraordinary sitting was made by the President of the Republic to discuss the draft law “On Making Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Artsakh “On the State Budget of the Republic of Artsakh for 2019.””
