Born  August 5, 1983 in Stepanakert

1999 - Finished the Stepanakert branch of the Yerevan State Physics and Mathematics School named after A.Shahinyan

1999-2003 - Studied at the faculty of Energy of the State Engineering University of Armenia on the specialty of "Economics and enterprise management" (in the energy sector), obtaining a bachelor of engineering degree

2003-2005 - Served in the NKR Defense Army

2005 - Electrician in the CJSC "ArtsakhEnergo"

2006-2008 - Studied and graduated from the Master's Degree in the Faculty of Economics of the Artsakh State University, receiving a master's degree

2007-2012 - Head of the sales department of Stepanakert branch of the CJSC "ArtsakhEnergo"  

2012-2018 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Technical Supervision of the General Construction Works, Ministry of Urban Development Department of Capital Construction

October 7, 2018 - Elected NA deputy by the majoritarian electoral system, electoral district No2, as a result of the extraordinary elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh

Since October 31, 2019 - member of the "Motherland" faction

Member of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs and Health

Married, has three sons
