September 28, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ara Babloyan arrived in Artsakh on a working visit. The Head of the Republic of Armenia legislative power has been met at the entrance to Stepanakert by Ashot Ghoulyan.

On the first day of the working visit, the heads of the two parliaments visited Stepanakert branch of the Tumo Creative Technologies Centre and got acquainted with the educational programs.

Tomorrow, September 29, RA National Assembly President will meet with the Head of the Parliament of the Republic of Artsakh, Ashot Ghoulyan and MPs.
