Born on May 14, 1986 in the village of Nakhichevanik, Askeran region

2003 - Graduated from the secondary school after Abovyan in Shushi with honors. Entered the Department of History of the Faculty of Humanities of the Artsakh State University

2004 - 2006 - Served at the NKR Defense Army

2006 - 2009 - Continued studies in Bachelor's Degree in History and Pedagogy

2009 - 2011 - Studied in the "Armenian History" department of the Humanities Faculty of the Artsakh State University, received a Master's degree in History

August – October 2007 - Worked under a contract as a specialist in Shushi territorial division of the NKR State Committee of Real Estate Cadaster and as an evaluator-re-          assessor forming the base for property taxe

2008-2011 -  Police officer at the Department of State Security Administration of the NKR Police

2011 - 2018 - Specialist-assessor of "Artsakhbank" CJSC Shushi Branch

2011, 2015 - Elected member of the Shoushi community council

September 9, 2018  - Elected deputy by the majoritarian electoral system from constituency N10 in the NA extra-parliamentary elections

Since October 31, 2019 - member of the "Motherland" faction

Member of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations

Awarded the medal "For Combat Service" (NKR President's Decree 89-A, 25.08.2017)

Married, has four daughters
