July 17, 1995 – NKR Parliament Chairman Karen Baburyan received the consultant of the Peace Research Institute Oslo, Jonathan Cohen.

July 28, 1995 – The delegation of the Christian Solidarity International arrived in Stepanakert, composed of the Vice-Speaker of the House of Lords, Baroness Caroline Cox and founding president of the organization Hans Shtugelberg.

August 20, 1995 – NKR Parliament Speaker Karen Baburyan received Secretary General of the World Evangelical Churches Miend Ian Faberin and Chairwoman of Helsinki Citizens Assembly Mary Celdory.

September 18, 1995 – The Chairman of the RA National Assembly Babken Ararktsyan received the NKR parliamentary delegation led by Parliament Chairman Karen Baburyan, who arrived in Yerevan on a working visit.

October 9, 1995 – the Vice Speaker of the UK House of Lords, Baroness Caroline Cox was in Karabakh on her 25th visit. She met with the Vice-President of the Parliament Lavrenty Gabrielyan and PM Leonard Petrosyan.

November 14, 1995 – The Chairman of the RA National Assembly Babken Ararktsyan was in Stepanakert on a working visit.

December 15, 1995 – NKR President Robert Kocharyan and Parliament Chairman Karen Baburyan received the RA National Assembly Chairman Babken Ararktsyan, arrived in Stepanakert on a working visit.

February 27-29, 1996 – At the invitation of the RA National Assembly Chairman Babken Ararktsyan, the delegation headed by the NKR Parliament Speaker Karen Baburyan left for Yerevan. The delegation also had a meeting with the RA President Levon Ter-Petrosyan.

April 29, 1996 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Arthur Tovmasyan and Deputy Chairman Boris Arushanyan arrived in Yerevan on a working visit. They were received by the RA National Assembly President Babken Araraktsyan.

June 7, 1996 – NKR National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, Interparliamentary Ties and Information Vasily Atajanyan participated in the third conference of the European Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy held in Sofia, Bulgaria.

August 3, 1996 – NKR National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan and PM Leonard Petrosyan met with the German Ambassador to the OSCE Minsk Group on the NK problem Frank Lambakh.

August 27, 1996 – A meeting with a group of the RA MPs, arrived in Stepanakert on a working visit, took place at the NKR National Assembly.

October 29, 1996 – At the invitation of the RA National Assembly Chairman Babken Ararktsyan, the delegation of the NKR parliament headed by the Parliament President Arthur Tovmasyan left for Yerevan.

December 18, 1996 – NKR National Assembly Speaker Arthur Tovmasyan and Deputy Prime Minister Leonard Petrosyan received the Vice Speaker of the UK House of Lords, Baroness Caroline Cox.

January 28, 1997 – NKR National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan received the Member of the U.S. House of Representatives Frank Pallone and the gests escorted him.

March 19, 1997 – NKR National Assembly Speaker Arthur Tovmasyan met with the RA National Assembly Chairman Babken Ararktsyan in Yerevan.

April 9, 1997 – NKR National Assembly Presidium Member Lidya Sargsyan received the field assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO Marc Sconford (Dania).

April 21, 1997 – NKR National Assembly Speaker Arthur Tovmasyan received the new representative of the International Red Cross in NKR Stephen Muller (Switzerland).

April 23, 1997 – Leader of the RF National-Republican Party, general Alexander Lebed visited Stepanakert. Meetings with the Parliament President Arthur Tovmasyan, PM Leonard Petrosyan and Defense Minister Samvel Babayan took place.   

May 26, 1997 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Arthur Tovmasyan received the coordinator of the organization Doctors without borders in the Republic of Armenia and Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, Pierre Gandon, and manager of Artsakh program Stephen Cornish.

June 12, 1997 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Arthur Tovmasyan left for Yerevan on a working visit. He had meetings with the Vice Presidents of the RA National Assembly Ara Sahakyan and Karapet Rubinyan.

June 19, 1997 – Member of the NKR National Assembly Presidium, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, Interparliamentary Ties and Information Vasily Atajanyan received the field assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO Alexander Samarsky.

June 23-29, 1997 – NKR National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan participated in Athens in the conference on the “Regional Integration Perspectives in the South Caucasus” and the activities of the 4th conference of the European Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy.

August 13, 1997 – The Congressional delegation composed of Joe Knollenberg, Nita Lovey, Rodney Frelinghuysen and Mack Collins arrived in Stepanakert.   

October 3, 1997 – Member of the NKR National Assembly Presidium, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, Interparliamentary Ties and Information Vasily Atajanyan received the field assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO Alexander Samarsky and Danish diplomat Bjorn Lauritsen.

December 21, 1997 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan left for Yerevan on a three-day working visit.

October 3, 1997 – The delegation led by the Member of the U.S. House of Representatives Frank Pallone met with the MPs and members of the Government at the NKR National Assembly.

January 17, 1998 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan received the leader of the Youth Party of Armenia Sargis Asatryan.

April 14, 1998 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan received the delegation led by Baroness Caroline Cox.

April 14, 1998 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan received the German Ambassador to the OSCE Minsk Group on the NK problem Frank Lambakh.

May 26, 1998 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan received congressmen Frank Pallone and Patrick Kennedy.

June 1, 1998 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan received the delegation of the Social-Democrat Hnchak Party headed by the Armenia Council Chair, MP Ernest Soghomonyan.

April 14, 1998 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan was received by the RA Parliament President Khosrov Haroutyunyan and Vice President Albert Bazeyan.

July 16, 1998 – NKR National Assembly President Oleg Yesayan received the field assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO, Czech diplomat Miroslav Vumetal.

September 12, 1998 – RA National Assembly Chairman Khosrov Haroutyunyan received the NKR Parliament President Oleg Yesayan who was in Yerevan with a working visit.

September 17, 1998 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Oleg Yesayan received the delegation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.

November 12-20, 1998 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Oleg Yesayan left for Sochi to participate in the conference “Caucasus without war”.

December 15, 1998 – The delegation led by the President of the RA Constitutional Court and Centre for Constitutional Law Gagik Harutyunyan had a meeting with the Presidium of the NKR National Assembly.

March 1, 1999 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Oleg Yesayan received the country director of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent for Europe and America, Angelo Gnaedinger, the coordinator of the organization for the Eastern European countries, Dominic Buff, and the representative in NK Penny Farrar.

October 26, 1998 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Oleg Yesayan received the member of Gulbenkian Foundation, President of the Portuguese Partex oil company Michael Gulbenkian.

February 10, 2000 – NKR National Assembly Chairman Oleg Yesayan received the representatives of the Swiss “Save in West” Company Vitaly and Vera Samsonenkos.
