July 31, based on Point 2, Part 2 of the Article 138 of the Republic of Artsakh Law on “Regulations of the National Assembly", President of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, signed a protocol on termination of the deputy mandate of MP Arsen Arstamyan, elected from electoral district No 2.

The protocol has been sent to the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh.

Resignation is considered accepted from the date of publication of the Protocol.

Earlier, on July 23, a statement on the resignation of the MP Arsen Arstamyan was made by the NA President Ashot Ghoulyan.
