July 3, the NA Interim Commission on Ethics convened a regular closed session, to which the participants of the incident, which occurred at the June 28 sitting of the National Assembly, Zhanna Galstyan and Hayk Khanumyan, were invited.

In the second half of the day, the commission published an opinion regarding the violation of the rules of parliamentary ethics during the conflict that erupted at the NA sitting by the deputies of the 6th Artsakh Republic Artsakh Republic Zhanna Galstyan and Hayk Khanumyan on June 28, 2018.
