President of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, taking as a basis the second paragraph of Article 138 (2) of the "Regulations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh”, signed on July 2 a protocol on the completion of the deputy powers, parliamentarians Lernik Hovhannisyan, elected from electoral district No. 10 and Armo Tsaturyan, from the electoral district No. 11.

The protocol has been sent to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Artsakh.

The resignation shall be considered accepted from the moment of publication of the protocol.

Earlier, on June 22, NA President Ashot Ghoulyan issued a statement on the resignation of Lernik Hovhannisyan and Armo Tsaturyan.
