June 29, the first meeting of the NA Interim Ethics Commission took place to investigate details of the incident which occurred between the parliamentarians Zhanna Galstyan and Hayk Khanumyan on June 28 regular session of the Artsakh Republic Parliament.

Before that the following composition of the NA Interim Ethics Commission was approved by the order of the NA President:

Artur Tovmasyan "Motherland" Faction

Robert Ghahramanyan "Motherland" Faction

Rita Mnatsakanyan "Dashnaktsutyun" Faction

Lyudmila Barseghyan "Democracy" Faction

Gagik Baghunts “Movement -88 faction

During the session by the decision of the commission Artur Tovmasyan was elected Chairman of the Interim Ethics Commission Rita Mnatsakanyan – deputy Chair.

The Commision members have provided details of the incident and agreed to continue the work on June 30 after collecting materials related to the incident.
