May 22 to 25 , the Republic of Artsakh  2017 state budget implementation report was discussed at the National Assembly "Motherland", "Dashnaktsutyun", "Democracy", "Movement -88" and "Renaissance" factions. State Minister Arayik Harutyunyan and Finance Minister Grigory Martirosyan participated in the discussions.

The parliamentarians asked questions and received clarifications.
