May 22, a joint sitting of the Standing Committees of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement and on Budget, Financial and Economic Management was held behind closed doors. The meeting was chaired by heads of the committees Zhanna Galstyan and Ruslan Israelyan.

The reports on the execution of the state budget for 2017 were presented by the Republic of Artsakh Minister of Defense, the Director of the National Security Service under the Government, the Director of the State Emergency Service and the Deputy Police Chief.
