April 20, a competition for vacant position on the National Assembly Staff Expert Service on Budgetary Issues was conducted in the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, where 3 citizens have applied for participation. Two participants were announced winners. According to the Law on State Service in the NKR NA Staff, by the decision of the NA Chief of Staff, Tigran Seyran Hakobyan has been appointed Chief Specialist of the NA Staff Expert Service on Budget Issues.

Earlier, on March 20, a competition for holding a vacant position in the state service of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh was announced.
