Born on November 14, 1962 in the village of Aknakhbyur of the Askeran district

1990 - Graduated from the Engineering and Economics Department of the Moscow Electro-technical Institute of Communications

1983-1985 - Served in the Soviet army

1986-1991 - Worked in different institutions of production and administrative importance

Participated in the Artsakh national liberation struggle

1992-1999 - Worked in the Shushi district administration

1999-2000 - Deputy Head of the Shushi regional administration, acting mayor of Shushi

2000 - Elected deputy to the National Assembly of the NKR from Shushi constituency No 13, was chairman of the Standing Committee on financial and budgetary matters and economic management

2005-2007 - Deputy Head of the Department for Migration, Refugees and Resettlement under the NKR Government

January 7, 2008 - Appointed a member of the Board of the NKR Control Chamber

January 13, 2011 - Re-appointed to the same position for a six-year term

November 6, 2014 - Appointed Deputy Chairman of the NKR Control Chamber

September 7, 2017 - Member of the Audit Chamber of Artsakh Republic

February 10, 2020 - Appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Assembly

Married, has three children.
