Born on June 2, 1968 in the village of Khandzadzor, Hadrout district

Finished the Khandzadzor eight-year school, then - Kapan secondary school No 9

1986-1988 - Served in the Soviet army

1993 - Appointed commander of the first battalion of the Hadrout defensive area

Participated in the liberation battles in Martakert, Karvachar, Fizuli, Jebrail and other regions, wounded in 1994

1994 - Appointed deputy head of the Hadrout District Administration

1995 - Appointed acting head of the Hadrout district administration and in the same year resigned

1996-1999 - Initiated and ensured the full restoration of his native village Khandzadzor, which was destroyed at the beginning of the war

1999-2001 - Head of the Hadrout District Administration

2001 - Graduated from the Architecture and Construction Department of Yerevan State Polytechnic Institute

Since 2001 - Engaged in agriculture

May 23, 2010 - Elected deputy to the fifth convocation of the National Assembly of the NKR on the party list of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation "Dashnaktsutyun" by the proportional system, member of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, member of the "Dashnaktsutyun" faction
