1983 - Graduated from mining and metallurgical faculty of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, with the specialty of mining engineer

1984-1985 - Engineer-technical controller in the Directorate of Enterprises under Construction

1985-1992 - Engineer-technical controller for the construction of the Department of Inter-Economic Control of the Nagorno-Karabakh Agroindustry

1992-1993 - Service in the Intelligence Department of the NKR Self-Defense Forces as the Chief of the first department

1993-1996 - Served in the “N” Defense Area as an engineering service officer

1996-1998 - Served in the “N” Division as the chief of the engineering service

May - September 1998 - Engineer in the Shahumyan region of the NKR

1998-2003 - Head of the Catholic Relief Service program

2003-2007 - Responsible for construction in the programs of the Tufenkian Charitable Society

2007-2008 - Head of the Department of Migration, Refugees and Immigrants under the NKR Government

2008-2010 - Head of the administration of the Kashatagh region of the NKR
