Born on January 1, 1969 in the village of Haterk, Martakert region

1986 – Finished secondary school in Martakert

1988-1989 - served in the ranks of the Soviet Army

1994 - Graduated from the Yerevan State Medical Institute

1992-1994 - Simultaneously with his studies worked in the Martakert district hospital

1994-1997 - Served in the NKR Defense Army as the head of the medical service of the 5th defense area.

1998-2000 - Worked in the Martakert district hospital as a surgeon and head of the surgical department

2000-2003 - Graduated from the clinical internship of the department of narrow surgical specialties of the National Health Institute of Armenia, with the qualification of a general surgeon

2004-2006 - Studied in the graduate school at the Department of Endoscopic Surgery in the RA, defended Ph.D. thesis and obtained the degree of candidate of medical sciences

Since 2007 - Head of the CJSC "Martakert Regional Medical Association named after R. Baziyan

May 23, 2010 - Elected deputy to the National Assembly of the 5th convocation from the electoral district No 14 by the majority system, was member of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs (since 2012 - on social issues and public health).
