Since 2002 - President of «Vita» NGO on rendering assistance to the Artsakh war wounded fighters

Since 2002 - Lecturer in Artsakh State University

May 23, 2010 - Elected deputy of the National Assembly of the 5th convocation under the list of the Democratic Party of Artsakh, on the proportional system, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on Budget, Financial and Management, member of the «Democracy» faction

2013 - Defended the dissertation and received the PhD degree (world history)

Since 2015 - Founder-Chair of the Artsakh Republican Party

2016 - Received the title of an associate professor

In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected a deputy of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly of the 7th convocation by the proportional list of the «Free Motherland-UCA» bloc of parties
