1981 - Graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Department of the Stepanakert Pedagogical Institute

After graduation worked as the chief engineer for safety in the Stepanakert Winery

1981-1983 - Served in the Soviet army, received the rank of lieutenant

1983-1992 - Senior civil defense engineer at the Stepanakert Motor Transport Association

He was a member of the CPSU and was elected secretary of the initial organization

Since October 1992 - Deputy Commander of the Self-Defense Forces of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic

September 1994 - Appointed deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army for the rear, then commander

June 1999 - January 2000 - Deputy Minister of the NKR Defense Army for Logistics and Armament

2000 - Chairman of LTD "Kanakva"

June 19, 2005 - Elected deputy to the NKR National Assembly of the 4th convocation of the Stepanakert electoral district No 1

2005-2010 - Member of the NKR National Assembly Standing Committee on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement
