Born on May 12, 1968 in the village of Banadzor in the Hadrout region of Nagorno-Karabakh

1985 – Finished the local secondary school

1986-1988 - Served in the ranks of the Soviet army

1989 - Graduated from the correspondence department of the veterinary faculty of the Stepanakert Agricultural Technical College

1988-1990 - Head of the farm and the chief veterinarian in the state farm of his native village
Participated in the Artsakh national liberation movement and self-defensive battles

1992-1994 - Battalion commander, deputy battalion commander

1994-1996 - Deputy Chief, then Head of the Hadrout District Department of Internal Affairs

1997-1998 - Director of the Hadrout District Pension Insurance Center

1998-2005 - Mayor of Hadrout

June 19, 2005 - Elected to the National Assembly of the 4th convocation by the majority system in the parliamentary elections from the constituency No 11, a member of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations

May 23, 2010 - Elected to the National Assembly of the 5th convocation by the majority system from the constituency No 8

May 3, 2015 - Elected a deputy of the 6th National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic by majority system from electoral district No. 6, at the parliamentary elections, was member of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Production and Industrial Infrastructures
