Born on June 17, 1971 in the village of Karintak in the Shushi district

1977-1988 - Studied at a local secondary school

1988-1994 - Studied at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Yerevan Zoo-technical-Veterinary Institute

1990 - Joined the ranks of the self-defense unit of the village of Karintak, participated in the liberation of Shushi, as well as self-defense of Karintak

July 1992 - Chief Veterinarian of the village of Karintak

March 1993 - January 1994 - Head of Veterinary Section of the village of Karintak

1994 - Enlisted in the Defense Army

September 1994 - Director of the Shushi veterinary laboratory, combined work with the military service

Participated in the Artsakh war, wounded during the liberation of Martakert in 1994

After treatment continued to serve

1997 - Director and Chief Veterinarian of Veterinary Station of Shushi region

1997 - Applicant at the Institute of Biology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia

June 18, 2005 - Elected deputy of the NKR National Assembly of the 4th convocation from electoral district No 21, member of the Standing Committee on financial and budgetary matters and economic management

2006 - Elected deputy chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs

2007 - Awarded the degree of candidate of veterinary sciences

February, 2009 - Director of the Center for Specialized Programs of the Stepanakert Branch of the Armenian State Agrarian University

2011 - Awarded the title of Associate Professor by the decision of the Academic Council of the Armenian State Agrarian University

 Since March 18, 2013 - Head of the Shushi community

Author of more than a dozen scientific articles and two methodological aids
