Born on April 19, 1961 in the city of Kirovakan (Vanadzor) of the Armenian SSR

1968-1978 - Studied at the Kirovakan secondary school № 5 after V.Teryan

1978-1979 - Studied in the department of History and Soviet law of the historical-geographical faculty of the Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute

1983-1985 - Served in the Soviet army border troops

1985 - Engineer-technologist of the production workshop "Urartu". The same year elected deputy secretary of the committee of the Young Communist League of Yerevan production workshop "KAT"

September 1986 - Instructor of the district Comsomol committee of the Shahumyan district of Yerevan

1988-1994 - Headmaster of the Yerevan Secondary School No 191

1988-1994 - Participated in the Artsakh national liberation movement

1990-1995 - Elected deputy of the city council of Yerevan and Shahumyan district council, chairman of the commission on state and legal issues

1994 - Deputy General Director of LLC "Sonar" on marketing and legal issues

1998 – Appointed Head of the Education and Culture Department of the NKR Kashatagh region

2004-2008 - Head of the Department for Education, Culture, Sports and Youth of the district administration apparatus

June 19, 2005 - Elected deputy of the National Assembly of the NKR of the fourth convocation from electoral district No 22, member of the Standing Committee on financial and budgetary issues and economic management

2011-2013 - Head of the State Migration Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia

Since August 2017 - Deputy Director of the organization  National Park "Dilijan" of the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia
Married, has two children

Awarded the medal "Vachagan Barepasht" (01.09.2006), gold medals of the RA Ministry of Education, Culture, the "Mother's Gratitude" medal and other governmental awards
