Born on February 22, 1967 in the village of Haytagh of the Echmiadzin district

1982 – Finished the local secondary school

1982-1987 - Studied at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Yerevan State University

1987-1988 - Studied in graduate school of the Institute of Synthetic Polymeric Materials of the USSR Academy of Sciences

1990 - Elected to the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia.

1990-1995 - Member of the Standing Committee of the Supreme Council for Economic Independence and Economic Development, then on financial, credit and budgetary matters

September-December 1995 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia

1996 - Deputy Director of the Yerevan "Arahet" LLC, then the mayor of the NKR city of Karvachar

1998 - Elected Head of the community Zuar

June 18, 2000 - Elected to the NKR National Assembly of the third convocation from the Kashatagh constituency No. 32, member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs

2001-2002 - Head of the Legal Department of the Kashatagh District Administration

2003 - Chairman of the public organization "Union of Peasants’ Mutual Assistance Menk”

2010 - Expert of the program of the NKR Fund for Assistance to Rural and Agricultural Development

2011 - Representative of Kashatagh district department of SNCO "State Service for the Protection of Historical Environment"

Married and has two children.
