Born on May 9, 1966 in the city of Ashtarak

1983 – Finished the secondary school

1983-1990 -Studied at the Yerevan Architectural and Construction Institute, specializing in road construction

1990 - Graduated from the faculty of Public Specialties of the Architectural University of Armenia

1984-1986 - Served in the Soviet army

1989 - Formed a detachment named after Garegin Nzhdeh

1990 - Worked at the construction site of the Artashat architectural and construction department in the Hadrout region of the NKR

1991-1996 - Head of the organizational department of the Erebuni District Executive Committee

1992 – Elected member of the election commission on the election of deputies of the Republic of Armenia Supreme Council

1997 - Appointed, and in 1998 elected the headman of the village of Tsakhkaberd

June 18, 2000 - Elected deputy to the National Assembly of the National Assembly of the 3rd convocation from the Kashatagh constituency No 33, was a member of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Production and Industrial Infrastructures

Awarded the medal "Gratitude" (04.05.2017.)
