Born on June 1, 1955 in the village of Harav of the Askeran region

1971 – Finished secondary school № 7 in Stepanakert

1986 - Head of the subsidiary farming of the Stepanakert Plant of Building Materials

1987 - Organized the collection of signatures for the reunification of Nagorno-Karabakh and the Republic of Armenia

1989 - Graduated from the Armenian Agricultural Institute, specializing in agronomy

1991 - Graduated from the economic faculty of the Armenian Agricultural Institute and received the specialty of an organizer and economist of agricultural enterprises.

1990-1992 - Actively participated in the self-defense of Artsakh

1992-1995 - Commander of the battery of the director of the artillery of the Defense Army

1995-1999 - Commander of a separate company of trucks of the Defense Army

June 18, 2000 - Elected deputy of the NKR National Assembly of the third convocation from the Stepanakert constituency No. 8
