1976-1980 - Graduated with honors from the history department of the Stepanakert Pedagogical Institute
1982-1989 - Proofreader then deputy executive secretary in the editorial office of the newspaper "Soviet Gharabagh" ("Azat Artsakh")
1989-1992 - Worked at the Stepanakert Pedagogical Institute
1992-1993 - Worked in the Supreme Council of the first convocation of the NKR
1992-1995 - Studied at the graduate school of Yerevan Pedagogical Institute and the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia
April 30, 1995 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the second convocation from electoral district No. 17 of the village of Baludja (now Aygestan), was Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary Affairs and Economic Management
2001 - Appointed vice-mayor of Stepanakert
2002-2006 - Director of the Artsakh branch of the Center for Educational Reforms of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia (National Institute of Science)
2006-2008 - Head of the Office of the City Hall of Stepanakert
Since March 2008 - Chief Specialist of the NKR Presidential Secretariat at the Department of Reception of Citizens and Letters
March 22, 2007 - Awarded the degree of State Counselor of Civil Service of the 2nd class according to the decree of the NKR President
