Born on November 8, 1969 in the village of Gishi in the Martuni region

1977-1987 - Studied at the secondary school in the village of Gishi

1992 - Shooter, platoon commander of the Martuni defense district of the NKR

1994 - Appointed commander of the artillery platoon of the Third defensive area

1995 - Commander of the reactive battery of the same regiment

1996 - Graduated from the officer's school in Yerevan, having received the rank of senior lieutenant

December 28, 1998 - Elected deputy of the National Assembly from the constituency No23 of the village of Gishi based on the results of additional elections

1998-2002 - Studied at the People's University of the NKR on the specialty of a lawyer

2000-2006 - Director of "Sparapet" LLC

2006-2012 - Specialist of the Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification
