Born on March 8, 1951 in the village of Khnatsakh, Askeran region

Finished the local eight-year school in the village

1966-1970 - Studied at the Shushi Pedagogical School

1970-1972 - Served in the Soviet army

1974-1977 - Schoolteacher in the village of Khnatsakh

1974-1979 - Studied at the History Department of the Yerevan Pedagogical Institute. Kh. Abovyan

1977-1979 - Instructor of the regional committee of the Nagorno-Karabakh Komsomol

1979-1981 - Instructor the Stepanakert city committee of the Communist Party, literary editor of the newspaper Red Banner

 1981-1992 - Teacher-organizer of the Stepanakert Housing Exploitation office No 1

1992-1995 - Head of the "Artsakhmamul" agency

April 30, 1995 - Elected deputy to the second convocation of the Supreme Council of the NKR from the Stepanakert constituency No. 7  

June 1995 - March 1996 - Deputy Chairman of the NKR Parliament, member of the Standing Committee on Production and Production Infrastructures

1998-2000 - Served in the NKR Defense Army

2001-2003 - Head of the teaching and methodical department in the Office of Emergency Situations

2003-2006 - Authorized representative of the city of Stepanakert in the socio-political organization "ZhAM"

Since 2005 - Member of the Union of Veterans of the Artsakh War

2006-2008 - Health and safety engineer in the CJSC "DorStroyRemont", Chairman of the republican trade union "Solidarity" of workers of the NKR trade union organizations

2008-2014 - Director in the Stepanakert craft school

June 1995 - March 1996 - Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of the NKR, member of the Commission for Production and Industrial Infrastructures

1998-2000 - Served in the NKR Defense Army

2001-2003 - Head of the educational and methodical department of the Office of Emergency Situations

Died on July 7, 2016

Has three children
