Born on June 12, 1958 in the village of Khachen the Askeran region

1965-1973 - Studied at the primary school of the native village

1973-1975 - Continued studies at the secondary school in the village of Khndzristan

1975 – Team leader of the Khndzristan branch of the Karshelkombinat (Silk factory)

1976-1980 - Studied at the Armenian language and literature faculty of the Stepanakert Pedagogical Institute

1980 - Part-time teacher of Armenian language and literature in the secondary schools pn the villages of Tsakhkashat (Gshlagh) villages and Khachen of Askeran region

1983 – Deputy Head of the Khachen village secondary school, chairwoman of the school trade union

1985 - Elected deputy of the Khachen village council

1985-1988 - Headmistress of the of Khachen village school, has been elected a deputy of the village council for several years

1989 - December 1993 - Head of the offices of educational work, methodologist of the Regional Institute of Improvement of Teachers of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous District

1993-1995 - Expert-referent of the organizational and legal department of the NKR Supreme Council

April 30, 1995 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the second convocation from Noragyugh election district No. 15

1995-2000 - Deputy chair of the Standing Committee of the NKR parliament on human rights and national minorities, member of the commission on Inter-parliamentary relations

1996 - Member of the commission established in the National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic on volunteerism to provide assistance to needy families, as well as a member of the United Armenia parliamentary group

After completing the deputy powers continued to work in the National Assembly of the NKR
