1966-1969 - Mechanic at the Stepanakert Electro-technical Plant

1969-1973 - Studied at the Yerevan Veterinary Institute

1973-1979 - Instructor of the Nagorno-Karabakh regional committee of the Komsomol, head of the organizational department

1979-1981 - Instructor of the agricultural department of Nagorno-Karabakh

1981-1983 - Studied in the highest party school in Baku

1983-1986 - Instructor of the Nagorno-Karabakh regional party committee

1986-1992 - Head of the Head of Human Resources Department  of the NKAO Agro-industry

Studied at the All-Union Higher School of Management of the agro-industrial complex

1992-1993 - Secretary of the Collective Farms Council of the NKR

1993-1995 - Expert-Referent of the Commission on Agrarian Issues of the NKR Supreme Council

April 30, 1995 – Elected deputy to the NKR Supreme Council of the second convocation from the Stepanakert constituency No. 2 was. Chairman of the Standing Committee on production and production infrastructures

June 18, 2000 - Elected deputy of the NKR National Assembly of the 3rd convocation from the Stepanakert electoral district No 1. Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on production and production infrastructures

2005-2008 – Chief of Staff of the National Assembly of the NKR

2008-2015 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of the NKR Civil Service

Since March 2015 has been an advisor to the NKR President
