Born on September 24, 1962 in Berdashen village of Martuni district

1985 - Graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Department of the Stepanakert State Institute. He was a Leninist scholar

1986 -1990 – He studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Applied Problems of Physics of the Armenian Academy of Sciences on the specialty "Solid State Physics"

1985 -1991 - Teacher of physics at the Berdashen high school

1985-1986 - Lecturer at the department of general technical disciplines at the Stepanakert State Pedagogical Institute

 1991 - Defended his thesis and received a degree of PhD in physics and mathematics

1992 - Head of the Stepanakert branch of the Armenian State Architectural University, then the Physics Laboratory of the Department of Physics, Artsakh State University

 1992-1995 - Served in the NKR Defense Army

September 1993 - Chief of the First Staff of the Air Defense Forces of the NKR Defense Army

April 30, 1995 - Elected a deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the second convocation from the Berdashen electoral district No. 22, Chairman of the Standing Committee on social issues

April 30, 1999 - Elected Chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Artsakh

June 18, 2000 - Elected a deputy of the NKR National Assembly of the 3rd convocation from Stepanakert electoral district, member of the Standing Committee on social issues

2001 - Associate Professor of the Chair of Mathematics of the ArSU

October 30, 2002 - Elected chairman of the NKR Control Chamber

2002-2004 - Part-time lecturer at the Chair of Mathematics of Artsakh State University

January 2005 – At the constituent congress of the DPA elected and at the second congress in May 2008 re-elected member of the central council of the party

May 7, 2008 - Elected deputy of the National Assembly of the 4th convocation under the proportional list of the Democratic Party of Artsakh from the Stepanakert electoral district No3, member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs

2008-2010 - Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic on State and Legal Issues

October 6th, 2011 - Deputy Director of the Stepanakert branch of the National Agrarian University of Armenia for educational and scientific work

September 3rd, 2012 - Lecturer of the department "The mechanization of agriculture, transport, theoretical mechanics and physics" Stepanakert branch of the National Agricultural University of Armenia
