

Born on February 16, 1959 in the village of Ukhtadzor in Hadrout district
1976 – Graduated from the village secondary school
1981– Graduated with honors from the Faculty of History of Yerevan State University and was appointed Senior Researcher of the State Museum of Ethnography of Armenia in Sardarapat
January-November 1982 – Appointed Head of the Department of Material Culture of the State Museum of Ethnography of Armenia
1982 – Entered the graduate school of the Institute of Ethnography of the USSR Academy of Sciences after Miklukho-Maklai
February-March 1986 – Junior Researcher of the Department of Ethnography of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the Armenian SSR Academy of Sciences
1986 – Director of the Hadrout regional Local Museum of History
1987 – In many settlements of Hadrout region took active part in collecting signatures demanding reunification of Artsakh with Armenia
1988 – One of the leaders of the liberation struggle in the region of Hadrout. In the same year he became a member of the self-defense headquarters established in Hadrout
November 1988 – He defended his thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences
January 1988 – Went to Moscow with the delegation to raise the Karabakh issue in the CPSU Central Committee.
December 28, 1991 – Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from Ukhtadzor electoral district No37
January 8, 1992 – Elected Chairman of the Supreme Council
Died April 14, 1992
