Born on June 14, 1958 in the city of Stepanakert

1965-1975 - Studied in the secondary school No 1 in Stepanakert

1975-1980 - Studied at the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute as a mechanical engineer

1980-1990 - Engineer of the Stepanakert Electro-technical Plant

1987-1990 - Active participant in the Artsakh Liberation Struggle. Member-Founderof the political organization Miatsum. Responsible person of the clandestine arms factory. Member of the Central Election Commission of Armenia and responsible for holding elections in Artsakh

December 28, 1991 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from the Stepanakert constituency No 5, member of the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" party. He was a member of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security

1992-1996 – Sapper in the 3rd and 7th defensive areas of the NKR Defense Army

1996 - Left the ARFD party

1996-2008 – Engineer and director in various enterprises

Since 2008 - Technical Director of LLC "Tehnostroy" (now CJSC "Himnakar")

Awarded the medal "Mkhitar Gosh" (March 27, 2003)
