Born December 20, 1952 in the Biysk district Altai krai

1961-1971 – Studied in the secondary school No.2 in the city of Shoushi

1971-1977 – Studied at the medical faculty of the Saratov State Medical Institute, then as a surgeon was sent to Inza city of the Ulyanovsk region

1981-1983 - Graduated from the clinical residency of the Samara State Medical Institute

1983 - Headed of the surgical department of the Martuni central district hospital

Since the beginning of the Artsakh national liberation struggle, under his leadership, a military hospital was established in the Martuni district, in which sick and wounded servicemen were treated, as well as the civilian population. Over 33 years of work, he conducted more than 4,500 operations.

May 1993 – On results of additional elections he was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the first convocation of the NKR from electoral district No. 59

1997 – Headed the Martouni Military Hospital and the central district hospital

Since 2004 - Executive Director of CJSC Martouni District Medical Association

June 19, 2005 – Elected deputy to the fourth convocation of the National Assembly from the Martouni electoral district No. 16. He was a member of the Standing Committee on social issues
