Graduated from the Industrial Economics Department of the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of National Economy, then - the All-Union Institute of Food Industry, specializing in economics

Worked as a senior researcher at the All-Union Research Institute of Economics and Planning under the State Plan of the Armenian SSR

1990-1995 - Elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia from electoral district No081. He was a member of the permanent commission on defense and internal affairs of the Supreme Council

December 28, 1991 - Elected a deputy of the Supreme Council of the first convocation of the NKR from electoral district No 38 of Tagaser village

2009-2013 - Political observer of the newspaper "Irates de facto"

Former member of the parliamentary group "Free parliamentarian"

Former chairman of the charitable company “Tevan” and of the deputy group is the club "Heir"

Died on June 17 2018

Had a scientific degree of candidate of economic sciences
