Born on March 25, 1924 in the village of Tegh, Goris District, Armenian SSR

1943-1962 - Worked as a driver in the district committee of the (NKAO) Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous District

1962 - Active participant in the rally and secret collection of signatures on the issue of self-determination of Artsakh, organized in the Stepanakert motor transport enterprise

1962 - Worked as a taxi driver in the transport company of Stepanakert

December 28, 1991 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from the Stepanakert constituency No 14

He died on January 26, 2014

Has two children
