He was born on October 1, 1947 in the village of Kochoghot, Martakert region

1955 - Entered the school of the village of Terterges in the Martakert region

1966 - Graduated from the middle school of working youth in Stepanakert

1968 - Entered the Faculty of Mechanics of the Voronezh Engineering and Construction Institute, worked in various specialties

1973-1975 - Engineer of the Stepanakert inter-farm transport park department

1978-1981 – Studied at the Voronezh Institute and got a degree in mechanical engineering. Worked as a mechanic in the Stepanakert Specialized Department of Mechanization and Transport

1986 - Appointed chief engineer of the logistical service of the agro-industrial committee

1988 - Active participant in the Artsakh Liberation Movement. Member of the working group

December 28, 1991 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from Stepanakert constituency No. 3. Member of the Standing Committee on State Construction and Legal Affairs of the NKR Supreme Council

1993 - Main referent of the NKR Supreme Council

1998- Elected a member of the Stepanakert Council of Elders

2000 - NKR Defense Army rear headquarters officer

2002 - Served in the NKR Emergency Situations Department
