Born on September 25, 1948 in the city of Stepanakert

1956-1966 - Studied at Stepanakert Secondary School No 2

1967-1972 - Studied at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Yerevan State University, specialty "Applied Mathematics"

February 1973 - Lecturer of the Department of Mathematics in Stepanakert Pedagogical Institute

September 1974 – Chief lecturer of the department

1987 - Obtained a PhD in Physics and Mathematics

1991 – ArSU (Artsakh State University) assistant professor of mathematics

December 28, 1991 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from the Stepanakert constituency No 9

1991-1995 - Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme Council of the NKR on Human Rights and National Minorities

1992 - Participated in the work of the CSCE in Rome in the delegation of the Supreme Council of the NKR. After the completion of his deputy powers, returned to his previous work

1996-2000 - Dean of the Natural History Faculty of the ArSU

Chairman of the public organization "Center for the Rehabilitation of the Rights of the Karabakh Noble Generations", founded on August 28, 1998

December 27, 1998 - Based on the results of the additional elections to the NKR National Assembly of the second convocation, he was elected a deputy from the Stepanakert constituency No 10

 2000 -2006 - Associate Professor of the Chair of Mathematics of the ArSU

Died on October 1, 2006

Member of the party "Free Motherland"

Has three children.

Posthumously awarded the Medal  "Mkhitar Gosh " (16.02.2018).
