Born on August 13, 1959 in the village of Aknakhbyur of Askeran district

1966 -1974 - Studied at the eight-year school in the village Aknakhbyur

1974-1976 - Studied at the secondary school in the village of Avetaranots

 1977-1982 - Studied at the Faculty of Geography of Yerevan State University

1982-1983 - Worked at the secondary school of Avetaranots village

1983-1986 - Member of the Regional Komsomol Committee

1986 - Elected first secretary of the Askeran District Committee of the Komsomol.

December 28, 1991 - Elected a deputy of the Supreme Council of the first convocation of the NKR from electoral district No 27 of Avetaranots

January 1992 - Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Health and Social Affairs

August 1992 - Appointed an authorized representative of the State Defense Committee of the NKR in the Askeran subarea

1999-2005 - Head of the Pension Security Control Department of the State Pension Fund of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh

2005 - Head of the Social Insurance and Monitoring Department of the State Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh

2006 - Head of the Social Insurance Department and Individual programs of the Fund

2007 - Appointed deputy chairman of the State Social Insurance Fund of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic

June 2009 - Deputy head of the agency "Social Security Service" of the NKR Ministry of Social Security

December 19th, 2012 - Based on the results of additional elections from the electoral district No 15, elected to the fifth convocation of the NKR National Assembly

January 9, 2013 - Elected Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the NKR on Production and Industrial Infrastructures

June 11, 2015 - Appointed deputy Chief of Staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh
