1965 – Finished the Stepanakert secondary school No 3

1966 - Entered the Faculty of Mechanics of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute

1971 - Senior dispatcher, Chief mechanic, and then the chief of a department of operation of motor depot "Sevanstroy"

1975-1978 - Chief Engineer of the Specialized Management of Mechanization and Transport of the city of Stepanakert

1977-1991 - Four times elected deputy of the Stepanakert city council

1978-1979 - Head of the Operation Department of the Stepanakert Production Road Transport Association

1979-1988 - Head of the 2718th motorcade of the Stepanakert industrial motor transport association

He was one of the main organizers of the Artsakh movement. Over forty times participated in international conferences on the Karabakh problem, participated in six Dortmund conferences. Thirty-five times he met with almost all members of the Politburo of the CPSU Central Committee

1988 - November 1991 - Appointed Chairman of the Stepanakert City Executive Committee

1988 - Elected to the Board of Directors of the Krunk Committee

1989 - Elected member of the National Council of Artsakh

December 28, 1991 - Elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the first convocation of the NKR from the Astkhashen electoral district No. 29. He was a member of the Standing Committee on foreign relations

1992-1995 - Advisor to the NKR Chairman of the Supreme Council

June 19, 2005 - Elected deputy of the National Assembly of the 4th convocation of the NKR from Stepanakert constituency No 5. He was a member of the Standing Committee on foreign relations
