Born on December 5, 1945 in the village of Ghuze Caler, Martuni district

1952-1963 – Studied in the Chartar secondary school

1963 - Joined the Armenian Agricultural Institute at the Faculty of Economics

1964-1967 - Served in the Soviet Army

January 1971 – Graduated from the institute with the specialization of an agronomist-economist

August 1971-1978 - Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the kolkhoz “Communist” of Chartar, Martuni region NKAO, 1973 - secretary of the party committee

1974-1990 – Continuously elected deputy to the Martouni district Council of Deputies

August 1978 April 1982 - Secretary, afterwards the second secretary of the Martuni district party committee

August 1982-1984 - Chairman of the Charter collective farm "Communism"

July 1984 - July 1988 - Director of the Martuni Combines of consumer services

1988 - February 1989 - Chairman of the Martuni District Court

January 1989 - Chairman of the collective farm after Камо of the Ghuze Charar

1990 - April 1993 - Deputy Chairman of the Martuni district election commission
