Born on December 20, 1957 in the village of Gyulistan in Shahumyan district

1977-1979 - Served in the Soviet army

1983-1984 - Head of the Shahumyan District Executive Committee

1985 - Graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Road Transport

1984-1992 - Head of the operation department, then the director of the trucking enterprise

1992-1993 - Elected deputy chairman of the district executive committee during the war. In this position he managed the formation of volunteer detachments, supplying food, clothing, financial and technical issues

1993-1996 - Deputy Commander, afterwards acting commander of a special military unit

December 28, 1991 - Elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the first convocation of the NKR from Karachinar constituency No 80

1997 - September 2006 - Head of the Department of Intelligence of the State Tax Service under the Government of the Republic of Armenia

Died on September 6, 2006

Awarded the medal "For Military Merit" (07.05.2001). Posthumously awarded the Medal "Mkhitar Gosh" (16.02.2018).
