Born on May 1, 1942 in the village of Mokhratagh of the Martakert region

Graduated from the secondary school of Metz Shen

1961-1967 - Studied at the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute as a mechanical engineer for road and construction machinery

1968-1979 - Worked in the Martakert region

1979-1984 - Deputy Chairman of the Nagorno-Karabakh regional administration of agricultural machinery

1984-1985 - Manager of the Martakert district agricultural machinery

1985-1991 - Head of the inter-economic road-building department

December 28, 1991 - Elected deputy to the Supreme Council of the NKR of the first convocation from the constituency No50 of the village of Horatagh

Participated in the Artsakh national liberation struggle, served in the ranks of the NKR Defense Army, was the first chief engineer of the 5th defense area

Demobilized in 1996

He was awarded the medal “Service in Battle” (05.05.2015), departmental medals "Maternal Gratitude" and "Defender of the Motherland"
