Born on April 20, 1955 in the borough of Mataghis, Martakert region, NKAO

1972-1977 - Studied at the architecture and construction faculty of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Civil Engineering and Industrial Construction

1978 - Worked in the Stepanakert Construction Department No. 91. Occupied various positions

1985-1988 - Instructor of the construction department of the regional party committee

Active participant in the Artsakh national liberation movement

1988-1989 - Instructor of the construction of the social and technical department of the party apparatus of the Nagorno-Karabakh Special Committee

1990-1991 - Chief Specialist of the Committee for Special Programs of the Republic of Armenia

1990-1991 – ARDF representative in Stepanakert

May 1991 – July 1992 – ARDF representative in Artsakh

Since 1999 – Non-partisan

January 1992 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from the Stepanakert constituency No 15, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Banking and Economic Affairs of the Supreme Council of the NKR, member of the Presidium of the Supreme Council

2001-2006 - worked in the Ministry of Urban Development of the NKR

2006-2009 - Chief Engineer, then Director of the construction organization "Alpha Leader"

2009-2018 - Head and coordinator of the programs implemented by the All-Armenian Hayastan Fund in the NKR

Married, has three children
