Born on September 22, 1946  in the village of Astkhashen of the Askeran district

1970 - Graduated from the medical faculty of the Yerevan State Medical Institute. Passed refreshment courses in the institutes of advanced training of doctors in Baku, Leningrad, Kiev, Yerevan and Minsk

1970-1972 - Served in the border troops of the USSR

1972 - Worked in Nagorno-Karabakh

1976-1979 - Chief Physician of the regional hospital of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous District

December 28, 1991 – Elected deputy to the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from the Stepanakert constituency No. 23

1992-1997 - Elected Chairman of the permanent commission of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation on health and social issues. At the same time he headed the republican hospital. Until 1995 he was the Minister of Health of the NKR

1997-2002 - Acting Minister of Health

2002-2004 - Head of the Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination of the NKR

Since the beginning of military operations in Artsakh, he has created and headed the first military hospital, then the second
