Born on May 29, 1963 in the village of Martakert in the Martakert region of the NKAO

1970-1980 - Studied at the Martakert Secondary School No 1

1980-1985 - Studied at the Faculty of "Technical Cybernetics" of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute after K. Marx

November 1985 - April 1987 - Head of the Department in the Martakert Regional Library

April-July 1987 - Senior Economist of the planning commission of the district council

July 1987 - July 1988. - Instructor of the organizational and instructional department of the district council

July 1988 – Headed the Planning Department of the Martakert District Executive Committee. Deputy Chairman of the district council

August 8, 1992 - Elected first deputy chairman of the executive committee of the district council at the extraordinary session of the executive committee of the district council

1993 - Elected deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation during the additional elections from the electoral district No.57 of the village of Haterq

November 16, 1993 - appointed an authorized representative in Martakert, then - the head of the Martakert district administration by decision of the State Defense Committee

Killed on April 7, 1998

Has three children.
