
Born on June 22, 1936 in the village of Vardadzor (Gyulyatag) of the Martakert region
Finished the local school
1956 - Graduated with honors from the agricultural department of the Stepanakert Agricultural Technical College
1956-1961 - Studied at the Faculty of Agronomy of the Yerevan Agricultural Institute
On the return to Martakert, worked as a Head teacher at the secondary school
1962 - Was elected secretary of the Komsomol organization
1968 - Appointed instructor of the agricultural department of the district committee
1970-1972 - Graduated with honors from the Moscow Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee
After graduation, he worked in the agricultural department of the regional committee, and then he was the head of the department
1973 - By decision of the regional committee was appointed first secretary of the Martuni district committee
1982 - By the decision of the regional committee he was appointed first secretary of the Martakert district committee
1985 - Appointed chief inspector for warehousing and quality of agricultural products
1988 - Actively participated in the Artsakh national liberation movement, as well as in the reconstruction of a number of war-ravaged villages
1988 - Reelected First secretary of the Martakert District Committee
He was a People's Deputy of the USSR.
December 28, 1991 - Elected a deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the first convocation from electoral district No. 51 of Djanatag village
1991 - Elected chairman of the Martakert district Executive committee, then co-chairman of the National Council
Died in 1993 in Riga
Was awarded the jubilee medal of Komsomol, the badge "Excellent border guard", the medal "For Labor Valor" (12.12.1973), the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (17.01.1977)
