Born - March 22, 1964 in the city of Martakert, Nagorno Karabakh

1970- 1980 - Entered and Finished Martakert secondary school No1

1980 - 1985 - Entered and graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Yerevan State University

1985 - Entered the goal-oriented postgraduate study of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR

1990 - Defended his thesis on physical and mathematical sciences in 1990, in Moscow. The same year he started to work in Stepanakert branch of Yerevan Architectural Institute as the Head of the laboratory of physics

1993 - Elected Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Artsakh State University (ArSU)

1992-1997 - Served in the NKR Defense Army as Chief of Staff of the Air Defense Regiment

Since 1998 - Deputy Head of the Artsakh branch of the Republic of Armenia National Seismic Protection Service of the RA

Since 2003 - Associate Professor of physics at Artsakh State University

2009 - Elected Dean of the Faculty of Architecture

May 3, 2015 - Elected deputy to the NKR National Assembly of the sixth convocation by the proportional list of the “Movement-88” party

Secretary of the parliamentary faction “Movement-88”

2015-2020 – Member of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport

March 31, 2020 – Elected deputy of the 7th convocation NA in the list of the «United Motherland» party

May 21, 2020 – Elected Vice-President of the 7th convocation National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh

Member of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth Affairs and Sport

Married, has two daughters
